Embody Yoga Flow is a somatic-based practice that invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are. Rooted in compassion and curiosity, this class blends movement, breath, and nervous system awareness integrated with hatha yoga and core work to help you reconnect with your body, build strength, release held tension, and explore the deeper emotional layers beneath physical sensation. It’s less about how the pose looks—and more about how you feel in it. This is your space to move, breath, reconnect and listen inward.
