A supportive class, suitable for beginners, designed especially for women navigating hormonal changes. Together we’ll move in ways that nourish the whole body — supporting digestion, stimulating the liver, soothing the adrenals, and activating the kidneys. This practice combines movement, breathwork and postures to ease hot flashes, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and leave you feeling grounded, calm, and cared for.
