Hi, I’m Lorraine.
I work with women who are tired of pushing through — the ones holding it all together on the outside, but feeling exhausted, disconnected, or overwhelmed within.
My work is rooted in a simple but often overlooked truth:
The body is always communicating — and healing begins when we learn how to listen.
I’m a Naturopathic Nutritional therapist, Medicinal Chef, Somatic Anxiety Coach, and Yoga teacher with over 600hrs on the mat & 15 years of experience supporting women through burnout, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, and chronic stress.
But more than any qualification, it’s my own journey with IBS, endometriosis, and burnout that shaped how I work today.
I know what it feels like to try all the right things and still not feel well.
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body.
And I also know what becomes possible when you begin to understand it instead of fight it.
My work brings together nutrition, nervous system resilience, and somatic-based yoga through what I call Embodied Nourishment.
This means we don’t just focus on what you eat —
we look at how you live, how you feel, how you cope, and how your body is responding to it all.
Through my Body, Brain, and Being approach, I help you:
Understand what your symptoms are really telling you
Build resilience instead of just “coping”
Reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and sustainable
Create a way of living that actually supports you
This is not about quick fixes or rigid protocols.
It’s about creating lasting change from the inside out.
